From a small plot from the Adrianna vineyard in Gualtallary, the 2017 G Lot Chardonnay was barrel fermented and then matured in French barriques (30% of them new) for 12 months. It has nice aromatics and some ripe flavors, creamy and floral, with underlying minerality from the limestone soils. 31,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2018.

A dense and layered chardonnay with lots of sliced cooked apples and pears. Some smoke and toasted oak. Dried pineapple, too. Shows richness and beauty. Full-bodied,succulent and delicious. More fruit-forward. A tangy finish. Drink now.
