Tasting
Notes
April 2012
Yalumba has brought out a new wine on an old theme that fits perfectly with the Barossa's warmer climate and the varietals that are best suited to perform well there. A beautiful take on a Rhone blend, this offers light spice, clean red fruits with nice depth and hang time. A real charmer that is honest in its delivery, no excessive oak or overt manipulation, just a really well made wine with poise and the structure for working with just about everything.
