Made from certified organically grown grapes, this has a brilliant, translucent fuchsia color, with an assortment of lifted red berry aromas. The palate has a lovely, engaging fruit construct with a sweet cherry, strawberry component and then a slight, leaner tarter note along the lines of raspberry that plays nicely off of the sweeter fruit base. Crisp acidity and a touch of phenolic tannin on the finish brings everything to a dryer finish. The fruit is vibrant and engaging with surprising intensity and depth. This is simply delicious and has the characteristics of a lighter bodied red wine with riveting red berry fruit flavors that sing to you as it sails onto an impressive finish. This is something that once you try it you won't be able to not finish the bottle. It's that good.
