Kumeu Rives is without a doubt New Zealand’s premier Chardonnay producer. Their repertoire is filled with excellent if not outstanding wines from top to bottom. Their Village Chardonnay is the entry level wine in the portfolio and it has been consistently good in the few short years it has been available in our market. Very Chablis like in style with its clean and crisp palate attack, it combines a combo of citrus, lemon, pineapple and a touch of tropical richness with mineral and subtle smoky note as well. Fresh and vibrant with excellent drive and crispness this has lots of food diversity.

Streamlined and subtle. There's fine-grained intensity to the pear, lemon blossom, orange curd and soya flavors.
