The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon “The First XI” was sourced from Coonawarra and was aged for 12 months in 70% American and 30% French oak. The nose reveals scents of cedar, scorched earth, tar, plum, and black currants. Intense, layered, and structured, it will evolve for 5-7 years and drink well through 2025.
