Huia’s 2005 Blanc de Blancs offers toasty / biscuity aromas over notes of peaches, spiced apple slices and honeycomb plus a hint of toasted almonds. Light bodied with plenty of fine, frisky bubbles, it offers a good concentration of honeyed toast and apple tart flavors with crisp acidity and a long harmonious finish. Drink it now through 2014+.
