Disgorged November 2010, whole bunch pressed and matured in 7% new barrels, the 2007 Blanc de Blancs has a well defined nose that is initially reticent but opens nicely to offer limestone and fresh green apple aromas. The palate is well balanced with a subtle creamy entry, lovely texture and harmony that dovetails into a very refined finish. This is a very well crafted Blanc de Blancs. Drink now-2016.
