Smoky and alluring, with loam, tar, licorice, plum cake and mocha flavors that run along rich and powerful, yet rounded, tannins. The long finish pumps out fruit and tobacco notes. A very broad-shouldered wine. Contains 7 percent Petit Verdot. Drink now through 2009. 450 cases made.
