88 pts Wine Spectator Magazine (HS) BEST BUY 7/31/10 Fresh and vibrant, this is dark in color and juicy with blackberry and currant fruit, shaded with hints of chalk and espresso as the finish lingers.
Winemaker Notes
Warm dry days with cool nights produced optimum fruit flavours. The grapes were crushed and cold macerated for 3 days to retain optimal fruit flavour. The wine was then fermented in static fermenters with automatic irrigators and there after, received French oak treatment during fermentation and maturation prior to final blending and bottling.
