The 2005 Shiraz Hilltops’ deep ruby/purple color is followed by aromas of chalky earth, deep black raspberries, and cherries. It is a medium-bodied, European-styled, structured example of Shiraz with moderate weight, fine acidity, and noticeable tannin. It should drink well for 5-6 years.
