The 2005 Shiraz “The Prophet” was aged in French and American oak for 21 months. Purple-colored, it exhibits aromas of wood smoke, toast, pencil lead, tar, blueberry, and blackberry. Layered and long on the palate, it has enough structure to evolve for 3-4 years. It will continue to drink well through 2015.
