Full ruby-red. Serious, ripe aromas of black fruits, leather, chocolate and pepper, with a smoky nuance adding complexity. Fat and sweet but not at all over the top, with flavors of dark fruits, chocolate and pepper conveying the malbec side of the blend. Finishes classically dry, with very fine tannins and notes of tobacco and pepper.

Winemaker Notes

The Reserva is made from old vines planted in two original vineyards and represents the best barrels from the cellar. Its bright blackberry aromatics and flavors combine well with an elegant and complex,aided by aging in French barrels for 12 months.
