How the BevWizard works...
Tannins can give young wines bitter, drying characteristics, particularly on the "finish". Ageing for years in the bottle, or decanting hours prior to serving have been the two standard methods to tame tannins and improve young wines. The BevWizard now offers a quick and east way to better enjoy young wines, particularly extracted reds or oaked whites. Wine served through the BevWizard is simultaneously exposed to oxygen and a high-intensity magnetic field. This combination causes the tannins to become less astringent (less dry) and softer, allowing the underlying fruit to show through, making for a fruitier wine having a longer "finish".
