7/2/07 Made from an equal blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and bottle aged for 4 years this shows exceptional pedegree and refinement. The nose showcases notes of baked apple, brioche, a touch of toffee and citrus, lemon fruit. A small bead pattern leads to a creamy but exceptionally clean palate, bright and yet endowed with good richness to the texture, with flavors of white tree fruits and lemon citrus flavors on the impressive lingering finish.
