This is a bigger scaled Malbec with extracted color and the fruit and oak to match. There’s lots of char and toast upfront that with aeration gives a notion of vanilla and mocha on the nose, then big dark fruit follows aromatically, blackberry and mulberry with fig ripeness. The palate is fuller bodied with flavors of blackberry and fig shaded with a note of vanilla, cut with some grainy tannins that give grip to the otherwise muscular, brawny wine. Try this with something grilled with a bit of fat content.

A black malbec, this feels unctuous and massive, its generous mocha and herbed flavors surrounding a concentrated core of dark fruit. Ripe and voluptuous, it's almost a meal in itself. Pair it with aged manchego.
